Class Schedule

We form a small group of people where you can always attend the same classes, at the same time, allowing you to follow a logic and progressive evolution much more effective. Our classes have no more than 5 students per class and are ideal for those who like to have an appointment in their weekly schedule. For a more clarifying explanation, you can read a brief description of each class below.

Pilates

“The Pilates method is the science of movement” - Joseph Pilates

Pilates is a physical and mental training program, which considers body and mind as a whole, whose objective is to maintain harmony and body balance. With this modality, you learn to use all the muscles of your body effectively in a class in which the challenge of the internal muscles will allow you to obtain better posture, body awareness and joint mobility. The Pilates method is suitable for people of any age, sex and physical condition who want to improve their health with the benefits that the technique provides.

Yoga

Through the use of various techniques such as asanas (physical positions), pránáyámas (breathing techniques), kyrás (cleaning techniques), mudrás (reflexological gestures), mantras (sounds and ultrasounds), yoganidra (relaxation), concentration and meditation, we work strength, flexibility and balance at a physical, mental and emotional level. Group classes are 60 minutes long and all levels are very welcome.
